Cable Assemblies and Wiring Harnesses

We manufacture cable assemblies with varying connector and cable sizes. We produce the cable according to customer requirements and needs. Our engineers will design and adapt any cable assembly to fit customer-specific applications (by country if required). We specialize in using MIL-DTL-22992 power connectors on 40 to 200 AMP cables. We also manufacture molded cable assemblies, including all the accessories for cable maintainability (cable reels, contacts, inserts, connectors, backshells, etc.).

Power Distribution Panels (PDPs)

WFL provides a variety of Power Distribution Panels designed to meet the demanding needs of both military and commercial applications.

Military

WFL offers a wide range of power distribution panels (PDPs) for global military applications.
PDPs receive 60Hz power through a cylindrical connector on its outside panel. Power at 120/208 volts, 3-phase, is distributed and controlled in a board under a weather-resistant cover or dead front panel.
Individual 3-phase and single-phase circuit breakers control power output to MIL-DTL-22992 Class L connectors and NEMA-style ‘twist-lock’ connectors to connect to cables and other required equipment.

Commercial

WFL commercial PDPs are made-to-order and can be customized to any specification. These PDPs are designed to transfer power in harsh, rugged outdoor environments safely.
With ranges from multiple range kw all models use WFL durable Class L connectors to accept 3-phase, 120/208v input and disperse it to other Class L connectors or NEMA wiring devices. All WFL commercial PDPs meet the highest safety and durability standards.

Load Binder

The WFL Cargo Tiedown Assembly (Load Binder) is engineered for adaptability. The 48357-11/-10 are a couple of many tiedown assemblies that include a shock mitigator. These shock-mitigated lashes can endure forces from nearby ordnance while absorbing the impact to keep the cargo secure and intact. Our shock-mitigated lashes have been utilized by the US Navy and others in the US Military, both in operational environments and for testing. Available in different lengths and configurations as required, these assemblies are tested to a minimum break strength of 14,400 lbs. and have a safe working strength of 4,100 lbs.
